CF Traffic Court

Receive a parking citation? Citations may be appealed for mitigating circumstances. Persons wishing to appeal may sign up now for the next available Traffic Court session. Traffic Court is conducted through the Student Activities Board (SAB). Appeals will be considered only if:

• The on-line registration is completed.
• You appear at the next Traffic Court session. You will receive a confirmation email of the date, time, and location of the court session. Please bring a copy of your citation with you to the session. If you do not appear as arranged, your appeal will automatically be denied.
  OR allow the “reason for appeal” to serve as your written appeal. Be sure to list details – as this written appeal will be what the court considers when making a decision. If you wish to submit any further documentation to plead your case, turn it in to the Office of Student Life, Bryant Student Union, Room 106 no later than 11 a.m. on the date you have chosen for Traffic Court. If you fail to submit additional information, your “reason for appeal” will be all that the court considers when making the final decision.

Pay your ticket in advance, to avoid going to collections. If your appeal is approved, you will be refunded the fine.
