to start earning college credit?
What is Dual Enrollment?
Dual Enrollment is cooperative effort among Central Florida Community College and the School Boards of Citrus, Levy and Marion counties to provide enhanced learning opportunities for qualified high school students. Qualified high school students may accelerate their college education through dual enrollment courses offered at either the high school site or a CFCC campus location. Dual enrollment courses are available to eligible students at no cost!
Advantages of Dual Enrollment
- Accelerates a student's college career and it’s close to home!
- Allows a student to earn high school and college credit at the same time. Students will choose from college course offerings that are also transferable to the universities.
- Provides tuition free of charge to all high school students. Textbooks are provided free of charge to public school students.
- Offers access to college resources, facilities, and services, including free tutoring. Join clubs, participate in activities, get involved!
